Lumi User Agreement

Welcome to Lumi. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and OHAA PTE. LTD. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Lumi mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17, you are not permitted to use Lumi. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your binding acceptance of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. USER CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS

Lumi is designed to be a safe and creative social space. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any form of cyber-bullying or hate speech directed at individuals or groups.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Distribute unauthorized commercial communications (spam).
• Attempt to circumvent any technological measure implemented by us to protect the Service.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 Our Proprietary Rights

The Lumi application, including its interface, graphics, code, and original content, is owned by OHAA PTE. LTD. and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

3.2 Your Content License

You retain ownership of the content you post on Lumi. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND DELETION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated this Agreement. You may also delete your account at any time through the in-app settings. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling during the account deletion process.

5. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OHAA PTE. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
